Project Coordinator and Tester

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and streamline project activities, ensuring effective scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders and team members, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed within designated timelines and meet stringent quality standards.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of software products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other team members to identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks.
• Thoroughly document and report any bugs or issues encountered during testing.
• Develop and execute robust test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Actively participate in design and code reviews to uphold exceptional product quality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in project coordination and testing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination and software testing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Notion, Trello, or Jira.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools like Bugzilla or Redmine.
